Order: How can I check if the item is available?
Before placing an order, we recommend contacting us to check if the item(s) is in-stock and ready-to-ship. Call us at: 617-764-3429 or e-mail us at: email@example.com with the item#, size, color and we will let you know within 1 business day.
Order: Will I be charged if the item I ordered is out of stock?
When the item you ordered is out of stock, we'll notify you the same business day. You are not charged if the item is not available or sold out. Charging is done manually when the item is shipped. When your order is canceled, the amount will show as a "pending status" on your online banking website that will go away within 3 to 5 business days. It's a good idea to be prepared with a second or third choice.
Order: How long does it take to receive my order?
If the item is available, we usually ship it out the next business day, and our U.S. customers receive their in 3 - 5 business days via Ground Shipping. Faster shipping options are available. International customers usually receive their order in 7 - 14 business days. Some made-to-order dresses take from 4 to 16 weeks. If additional time is required to fill your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

When ordering a dress online, it's very important to know your body measurements to help you decide what dress size to pick. The size chart is located on the product page. Please take a look at our Measuring Guide on our website. It's super easy and helps you find your perfect clothing online!
Additional Images: Do you have additional images of the items online?
We put all available images on the website. We realize that it is frustrating that there is not always an image in every color that an item is offered in; however, all images are provided by the manufacturer and we do not always get an image in every color that is offered.
Payment: What type of payments are accepted?
We accept credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.
